If one were to try to summarise the essence of Power x Four’s longevity in the dynamic world of Bajan Mas, where many bands have come and gone in its fifteen year existence, it can be attributed to a core belief that “you can’t keep a good band down”. A prevailing optimism always surrounds Power x Four, the belief that even if there are currently dark clouds “blue skies” are always just around the corner. Life especially in the world of Mas is ladened with challenges but to survive and become stronger you must focus on the “blue skies”.
